After completing his studies in history at the Faculty of Philosophy in Belgrade, he obtained his master&#8217;s degree at the University of Nancy (France) with a thesis titled <em>La France et le Royaume de Yougoslavie 1934\u20131940<\/em> (<em>France and the Kingdom of Yugoslavia 1934\u20131940<\/em>). He earned his doctorate at the European University Institute in Florence (Italy) with the topic <em>La France et le nouveau Royaume des Serbes, Croates et Slov\u00e8nes 1918\u20131929: des relations inter-\u00e9tatiques in\u00e9gales<\/em> (<em>France and the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes 1918\u20131929: Disproportionate Interstate Relations<\/em>). In addition to conducting research in Serbian archives, he has explored archives in<\/p>\n<p>Paris (AMAE, AN), Vansen (SHD), Nantes (CAD), London (PRO) and Rome (MAE AD). He was on training, as a lecturer or visiting professor at the School for Advanced Studies in the Social Sciences (EHESS) in Paris, the French School in Rome (EFR), the National School of Political Sciences (Sciences Po) in Paris, the University of Bradford and the University of Birmingham. (England), University of Paris-Nanter, Paris-Pantheon Sorbonne and Paris Sorbonne. As an author or co-author, he published several books, the most important of which are: <em>Du\u010di\u0107 u Rimu<\/em>\u00a0(Beograd, 2002);\u00a0<em>Francuska i Kraljevina Srba, Hrvata i Slovenaca, 1918-1929<\/em>\u00a0(Beograd, 2006);\u00a0<em>Ambassade de France \u00e0 Belgrade<\/em>\/<em>Ambasada Francuske u Beogradu<\/em>\u00a0(co-author Emmanuel Breon, Paris, 2013);\u00a0<em>Sa srpskom vladom i vojskom od Ni\u0161a do Krfa, 1915\/16<\/em>:\u00a0<em>Francuska svedo\u010danstva<\/em>\/<em>Avec le gouvernement et l\u2019arm\u00e9e serbe de Nich \u00e0 Corfou, 1915\/16,<\/em>\u00a0(Novi Sad-Beograd, 2016).<\/p>\n<p>His fields of research include the history of international relations, the history of diplomacy, the history of warfare, as well as French and Italian foreign policy in Eastern and Southeastern Europe. He also studies migration and the relationship between history and memory.
